Fluen 2.3

Fluen 2.3 brings your doctor into the picture.

New

  • Doctor sharing: link your doctor to one profile and choose exactly what they see: bladder logs, water intake, bowel movements. Add them by scanning their code, searching their username or typing a code. Sharing lasts up to 12 months, and you can renew or stop it at any time.
  • Visits and reports: keep a record of your visits with a linked doctor and send them one of your saved PDF reports. Only that doctor can open it, and it is deleted when sharing stops.
  • For doctors: choose how you will use Fluen during setup and get your own workspace for patients and requests, with a Doctor ID and QR code to share.
  • Your daily cup holds your whole day: it fills to your goal, takes the colour of what you drank, and spills over when you go past it.
  • Log in one tap from the Track tab, with Undo. A long press still opens the full form.
  • Quick Water and Quick Pee pour straight into the matching cup on the Dashboard.
  • Flo comes alive: one animated character across the app that reacts when you log a drink, a visit or reach your goal.
  • A page to choose your app icon, including a Classic one.
  • Request a Refund in Profile, next to your subscription. It opens Apple's own refund form.
  • Fluen now speaks Indonesian and Malay.

Improved

  • Dark theme uses a true black background.
  • Health insight recommendations on the Dashboard connect straight to Flo.
  • Cup sizes come in round metric steps, and your cup preferences sync to your account.
  • Announcements can show pictures and stay marked as new until you open them.

Fixed

  • Widgets, Control Center, Siri and Shortcuts now speak your language instead of falling back to English.
  • Time formats follow your 12 or 24 hour setting everywhere.
  • Flo memory suggestions appear faster and save instantly.

Fluen 2.2

Fluen 2.2 is our biggest update yet.

New

  • Flo noticed: Fluen learns your usual pee, drink and bowel times and suggests a log when one looks missing. Log it in one tap from the Dashboard, the Track tab, your Apple Watch or a notification. Turn it off anytime in Smart Reminders.
  • Auto Pee: keep your iPhone nearby and Fluen times your flow, then estimates the volume from your own learned flow rate.
  • Apple Watch: speak to log a visit, and ask Flo a question right from your wrist.
  • Quick Pee and Quick Water: log with one tap from the Dashboard.
  • Profile photo: add a photo and choose who can see it: everyone, your family, or only you.
  • Flo Memory is now one tap away from the Flo menu, the Add to Chat sheet and the model picker.
  • AI Insights can now run on Gemini, show which engine is working, and explain clearly when something goes wrong.

Improved

  • A redesigned Dashboard with a streak card, the latest article from The Flow, and a Family card that opens today's tiles for everyone you track.
  • On iPad and unfolded foldables, Doctor, Family and Reminders get their own tabs with new artwork, plus a tab icon style option.
  • Layouts adapt to wide windows, with the quick action tiles in a single row.
  • A friendlier onboarding: pick several goals, log a real drink, visit and bowel movement, see your first insights, and set up family profiles. Your answers now sync across your devices.
  • New haptic feedback throughout the app, with a setting in Profile.
  • Clearer plans: each plan card names the Gemini model it includes, Fluen Pro is listed first, and Restore Purchases sits right on the onboarding paywall.
  • Guests can sign in straight from Family Sharing.
  • Fluen now speaks Korean, Chinese (Traditional), Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Turkish and Polish.

Fixed

  • The paywall closes as soon as your upgrade goes through, and signing up by email now continues to the plan you tapped.
  • Deleting your account works again in Spanish, French and Portuguese.
  • Voice input starts and stops without stutters.
  • The Flo camera and Family QR scanner stay upright when you rotate your device.
  • Onboarding buttons no longer sit under the home indicator or let content show through.
  • The whole AI Insights row is tappable, and the custom water amount field shows its hint correctly.
  • Smoother Flo loading, plus other stability improvements.

Fluen 2.1

Reconstructed from the changelog, because no store text was written. If 2.1 never reached the store on its own, these changes shipped inside 2.2.

New

  • Visual Intelligence: point the camera at a drink, or search a screenshot, and Fluen offers to log it. Nothing is saved until you confirm the amount, and the image never leaves your device.
  • The Flow, the Fluen blog, now opens inside the app. Read every article without leaving Fluen, and an offline launch shows the last saved copy.
  • Apple Watch: one tap logs your usual Quick Pee or Quick Water, with Edit and Undo. Auto Pee on your wrist times your flow, by touch or with the double tap gesture.
  • Family Sharing shows pending invitations on both sides, names who sent each one, and lets you cancel an invitation you sent.

Improved

  • On iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro the main tabs adapt as you resize the window. The Mac window can now tile to half the screen on a 13 inch MacBook Air.
  • Flo's Gemini Flash tier now runs Gemini 3.8 Flash.
  • The Family Sharing username field tells you whether a username is free as you type.

Fluen 2.0

Flo, your AI health companion, gets its biggest upgrade yet. Fluen also arrives on Mac and Apple Vision Pro.

New

  • Flo takes photos, listens to your voice, and searches the web when you want an answer backed by current sources. Flo remembers what matters between conversations, and you pick which AI model answers.
  • A Doctor screen that keeps your healthcare providers in one place and generates a full clinical report as a PDF, with history so you can compare visits.
  • Family profiles. One for each person, switched in a tap, with everyone's records kept separate.
  • One tap logging from widgets, Siri, Shortcuts, Control Center and the Action Button.
  • A Yearly range in Analytics, alongside Weekly and Monthly.
  • Fluen Pro, a second paid tier, with your credit balance visible wherever you buy or spend it.
  • Smart Reminders that read your own logs to time themselves: a drink during the hours you tend to forget, a visit before your usual time, an evening cutoff if your nights are broken. Choose Apple Intelligence on your device or Gemini in the cloud.

Improved

  • Ten languages, including complete Arabic support laid out right to left.
  • Reliable sync across iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac and Apple Vision Pro.
  • The Track timeline loads older entries as you scroll, and the Dashboard shows more of your recent activity with a See All shortcut.

Fixed

  • One person's history could be split across two profiles, hiding most of it.
  • Entries logged on Apple Watch never reached your other devices.
  • Yesterday's data disappeared at midnight.
  • Several crashes on launch and in Profile.
